A Family Home That Became a Favourite Stay
Bawarri Haveli began as our family home in Gole Building, a quiet corner of Jodhpur's walled city shadowed by the walls of Mehrangarh. When travellers started knocking on our door looking for an honest, clean and homely place to stay — tired of impersonal hotels and inflated tourist prices — we opened our doors, and they never really closed again.
Today Hotel Bawarri Haveli is a small heritage guest house with hand-painted rooms, a bamboo-shaded rooftop cafe and a travel desk run by people who have walked every lane of this city for generations. We are not a chain and we don't pretend to be a palace. What we offer is the real Blue City: frescoed walls, chai on the terrace, market tips only locals know, and rates that make sense.
Whether you are a backpacker tracing Rajasthan by rail, a family on a temple-and-fort holiday, or a couple hunting the perfect blue-lane photograph — our rooms, our kitchen and our advice are at your service.

From Family Home to Favourite Haveli
A Home in the Walled City
Our family settles in Gole Building, Gole Nadi — a traditional haveli-style home minutes from the Clock Tower, with rooftop views reaching Mehrangarh Fort.
Doors Open to Travellers
What starts as hosting a few backpackers grows, word by word, into a proper guest house. Frescoes are painted, rooms refreshed, and Anna Cafe opens on the terrace.
